About

Incite is the new premium content studio founded by Jenner Furst, a two-time Peabody Award-winning, four-time Emmy-nominated director and executive producer. Furst has been producing premium documentary events for nearly two decades with titles like Brick City, Chicagoland and Welcome to Leith. After launching his first studio The Cinemart, he forged an impactful partnership with Shawn “Jay Z” Carter to direct and executive produce the urgent social justice projects Time: The Kalief Browder Story and Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story. Furst went on to direct and executive produce Hulu’s smash hit Fyre Fraud, Netflix’s fan favorite The Pharmacist, and Amazon’s hit docu-series LulaRich. In 2023, Furst directed and executive produced two of the biggest documentary titles of the year, with Murdaugh Murders becoming an overnight chart-topper for Netflix, and Shiny Happy People growing into Amazon’s biggest documentary event ever. Furst was named a “Titan of Unscripted TV” by Variety in 2023 for the second year in a row.

Furst left The Cinemart to launch Incite. This fall, the studio is rolling out a slate of premium limited and recurring television projects using an innovative Cost+ production model. The studio is also forming partnerships with emerging brand studios and sponsors to finance and distribute cross-platform and interactive IP. Furst serves as CEO and has tapped veteran producer and former president of William Morris Agency, Arnold Rifkin to serve as CSO w former CJ ENM exec Justin Lee to serve as CRO. Rifkin is overseeing top-level partnerships and co-production relationships and will launch the studio’s scripted business in 2024 and Lee is building on his experience in the Korean market to create talent deals and new partnerships in music, esports and live events for the studio.
